Is AssessFirst compliant with US employment law and GDPR?
Yes. AssessFirst is GDPR compliant and designed to reduce bias in hiring decisions — it evaluates potential, not background. All candidate data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. We recommend consulting with your legal team on any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
How long does implementation take?
Your account is live in Week 1. Most teams run their first active recruitment campaign by Week 4. There's no IT integration required to get started — it works as a standalone platform or can connect with your existing ATS.
Does it integrate with our ATS or HRIS?
AssessFirst integrates with major ATS platforms. During your demo, our team will map out the integration path for your current tech stack. Standalone deployment is also fully supported while you evaluate the integration.
Can we customize what's evaluated?
Yes. You define the knowledge evaluation criteria for each simulation — the discovery questions that matter, your sales methodology steps, key messages, compliance requirements. You also set the weighting between knowledge and style for each scenario.
What if we don't have a large candidate volume?
AssessFirst is valuable at any volume. The SWIPE, DRIVE, and BRAIN assessments are unlimited — you can evaluate every candidate for any open role. SCAN and VOICE are priced per use, so low-volume teams only pay for what they use. The Develop module is fully available regardless of hiring volume.
